Each and every one of us have a few perfectionist tendencies, and Henny is learning how we can all harness the power of those qualities and use them to our benefit. We do a little quiz to see what type of perfectionists we are, and we do some thinking out loud about how perfectionism connects to eating habits and weight loss goals.
