Beyond the Weight #226: It’s a Practice

Join us as we chat about what it means to eat in a mindful-ish way. Today we learned that the practice of mindful eating is really all about paying attention to why we’re eating, how hungry we are, and how much we like what we’re eating. It doesn’t have to take a long time, and it doesn’t have to be stressful. This week, we are challenging ourselves to make sure that our forks are empty as long as our mouths are full (instead of pre-loading the next bite). Are you going to join us?!
